Dry dust, clean/sanitize vanity/toilet/mirror, scrub shower & bath, including grout**, wipe baseboards, remove trash, vacuum/mop floors, spot clean windows.

**Deep grout scrub may require additional time/cost.

All first and one-time cleans are considered deep cleans.

All rooms: Everything included in a regular cleaning along with: baseboard scrubbing, light fixtures (no chandeliers), wipe underneath fixtures, slider door in/out (not track), ceiling fans, above fridge wipe down, hand scrub floors, vacuum couches, dishes (optional).

Additional deep clean preferences can be discussed.
*Excessively dirty jobs may incur additional fee. Any additional cost will be discussed with the client prior to completion.

Fridge wipe out: Includes taking apart fridge pieces, scrubbing each individually, sides of fridge and fridge floor. *add freezer for additional $20

Wet wipe blinds $10/set: Getting left over dirt off the blinds that the dry duster isn’t able to.

Slider door in/out + tracks $10/slider

Laundry $15/load: Wash, dry, fold & set clothes on bed/table.
